Tailored Engineering For Your IBC Production
Project Management Process
After preliminary technical and commercial communications, HWASHI company will flexibly customize solutions according to the customer's plant layout, efficiency requirements and automation needs. We will provide detailed technical proposals, drawings and commercial contracts, which shall take effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.
The seller shall start the detailed drawing design of the equipment upon receipt of the down payment from the buyer.
After the customer receives the design drawings and confirms they are correct, the seller shall start the procurement of raw materials for the equipment and the production of mechanical components of the equipment.
The seller will provide a production schedule to the buyer and regularly send on-site production photos of the equipment to inform the buyer of the production progress.
After the completion of mechanical components, the assembly of electrical accessories will be carried out.
Upon completion of the equipment, the buyer is requested to send samples for commissioning and testing the equipment performance. The seller will provide test welding videos and photos to the buyer for pre-acceptance.
After the pre-acceptance is passed, online video acceptance can be organized as required by the buyer, or the buyer can be invited to the factory for on-site acceptance.
After the buyer‘’s acceptance is passed, the QC department will conduct the final performance and appearance inspection of the equipment and arrange export packaging.
The seller will provide the equipment manual, circuit drawings, pneumatic circuit, main parts list, installation requirements, and operation videos to the buyer to prepare the installation site in advance.
The buyer shall arrange the final payment for the equipment, and arrange the freight forwarder to book the space and deliver the goods.
