Fully Automatic IBC Machine Production Line
HWASHI provides complete fully automatic IBC machine production line solutions for manufacturing HDPE inner tanks, galvanized steel cages, metal pallets and finished IBC totes. The production system covers the complete manufacturing process, including tank blow molding, steel tube processing, cage frame welding, bending, locking, punching, pallet welding, valve installation, leakage testing and final assembly.
Each machine can operate independently or be connected through automatic feeding systems, conveyors, manipulators and PLC controls. Based on the required IBC specification, target output, factory layout and investment plan, HWASHI can provide anything from a single IBC machine to a complete turnkey IBC manufacturing plant.

Fully Automatic and Customizable IBC Production Line
A complete IBC tote consists of an HDPE inner tank, galvanized steel cage, supporting pallet, outlet valve, filling cap and multiple metal and plastic accessories. Manufacturing these components efficiently requires several specialized machines to operate in a coordinated production process.
HWASHI configures each production line according to:

IBC Tank Blow Molding Machine
The IBC Tank Blow Molding Machine produces the HDPE inner tank used inside the IBC steel cage. It controls material extrusion, parison formation, mold clamping, blowing and cooling to create an inner container with consistent dimensions and wall thickness.
The equipment can be connected to material loaders, mixing units, molds, automatic deflashing equipment, conveyors and plastic recycling systems. Different configurations are available according to tank capacity, layer structure, raw material formulation and production output.
Automatic HDPE material feeding
PLC-controlled extrusion and blow molding
Programmable wall thickness control
Stable mold clamping and cooling
Optional single-layer or multilayer production
Automatic tank deflashing
Scrap crushing and recycling
Connection with downstream testing and assembly equipment
The accuracy of the blow-molded tank directly affects valve installation, leakage performance and compatibility with the steel cage. Stable process control therefore plays an essential role in the complete IBC manufacturing line.
IBC Cage Tube Making Machine
The IBC Cage Tube Making Machine processes steel strip or coil into tubes used for IBC cage frames and pallet structures.
Depending on the tooling and cage design, the machine can produce round, square and specially shaped tubes. The system can integrate steel-strip feeding, roll forming, tube welding, sizing, straightening and fixed-length cutting.
Continuous steel-strip feeding
Automatic tube forming
Stable longitudinal tube welding
Accurate tube sizing and straightening
Programmable fixed-length cutting
Compatibility with different tube profiles
Automatic discharge and collection
Connection with cage tube forming equipment
Manufacturers that purchase finished steel tubes may not require this machine. It is recommended for factories that want to control tube dimensions, material utilization and production schedules internally.

IBC Cage Frame Welding Machine
The IBC Cage Frame Welding Machine is the core equipment used to manufacture the galvanized steel cage surrounding the IBC inner tank.
The system automatically positions horizontal and vertical tubes and uses multi-point resistance welding to produce a flat cage mesh. Servo feeding and programmable welding controls help maintain uniform mesh spacing and stable welded joints.
Automatic steel tube feeding
Patented automatic tube arrangement system
Multi-point resistance welding
PLC and touch-screen control
Programmable welding current and welding time
Servo-controlled tube positioning
Storage of production parameters
Automatic mesh transfer
Customization for different cage dimensions
HWASHI can supply semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations. Robotic loading, automatic tube distribution and conveyor transfer can be added to reduce manual intervention.
IBC Cage Bending Machine
The IBC Cage Bending Machine converts the flat welded cage mesh into a three-dimensional rectangular frame.
The machine positions the mesh and completes a programmed sequence of bends. A stable bending structure helps control corner angles, diagonal dimensions and the overall cage profile.
Automatic mesh positioning
Hydraulic or servo-controlled bending
Programmable bending sequence
Accurate corner formation
Replaceable tooling
Adaptability to different cage structures
Optional robotic loading and unloading
Connection with the locking station
Consistent cage dimensions are important for smooth inner-tank insertion and correct connection with the pallet.

IBC Cage Locking Machine
The IBC Cage Locking Machine closes and secures the open ends of the bent steel cage.
The equipment positions the cage and applies controlled force to the designated locking points. Customized tooling can be installed according to the tube profile and locking method.
Automatic cage positioning
Controlled frame locking
PLC-programmed operating cycles
Replaceable locking dies
Compatibility with different tube profiles
Stable and repeatable joints
Optional automatic loading and unloading
Reduced dependence on manual fastening
The completed cage can then move to punching, pallet installation or inspection.
IBC Cage Hole Making and Punching Machine
The IBC Cage Hole Making and Punching Machine produces holes and mounting positions in the cage frame.
These holes may be required for pallet connections, tie bars, identification plates and other supporting components. Automatic positioning helps keep the holes consistent between production batches.
Hydraulic or servo-controlled punching
Automatic cage positioning
Accurate hole spacing
Customized punching dies
Adjustable punching parameters
Compatibility with different cage structures
Conveyor-line integration
Reduced secondary processing
The machine can be supplied as a separate punching station or integrated with cage locking and transfer equipment.

IBC Cage Pallet Welding Machine
The IBC Cage Pallet Welding Machine welds the steel tubes and metal components that form the IBC load-bearing pallet.
The machine uses dedicated fixtures to position pallet tubes, cross members and supporting parts before completing the programmed welding sequence.
Dedicated pallet positioning fixtures
Multi-point resistance welding
PLC-controlled welding sequence
Stable welding current
Accurate component positioning
Compatibility with different pallet structures
Optional automatic loading and unloading
Connection with stacking or assembly stations
A correctly manufactured pallet supports the filled tank and enables stable forklift handling and stacking.
IBC Tank Valve Welding Machine
The IBC Tank Valve Welding Machine joins the outlet valve or valve fitting to the blow-molded HDPE inner tank.
The system positions the tank and valve before applying controlled heat and pressure to create a consistent welded connection.
Automatic tank positioning
Accurate valve alignment
Controlled hot-melt welding
Adjustable temperature and welding time
Stable welding pressure
PLC-controlled operating cycle
Compatibility with different valve specifications
Connection with leakage-testing equipment
Stable valve welding helps reduce sealing defects and prepares the tank for subsequent pressure or leakage inspection.

IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine
The IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine inspects the inner tank and valve connection before final assembly.
The machine introduces controlled air pressure into the tank and monitors pressure changes or detection signals. Tanks that do not meet the preset testing criteria can be identified and separated.
Automatic tank positioning
Controlled air-pressure testing
Tank-body and valve leakage inspection
Programmable test parameters
Pass/fail indication
Alarm and fault display
Optional test-data recording
Connection with the assembly line
Placing the testing station before cage assembly helps prevent defective tanks from entering downstream production.
IBC Tank Assembly Line
The IBC Tank Assembly Line combines the inspected HDPE inner tank, galvanized cage, pallet, outlet valve, filling cap and related accessories into a finished IBC tote.
The line can include tank conveyors, lifting devices, inner-tank insertion systems, cage positioning stations, pallet connection stations and finished-product stacking equipment.
Automatic inner-tank feeding
Tank lifting and positioning
Automatic or assisted tank insertion
Cage and pallet positioning
Tie-bar and supporting-part installation
Filling-cap installation
Valve and assembly inspection
Finished-product conveying
Automatic tank or finished-IBC stacking
Optional robotic palletizing
The assembly layout can be customized for factories where the blow molding workshop and cage production workshop are located together or in separate production areas.
