The IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine is a special automatic detection equipment designed for air tightness and pressure leakage inspection of finished IBC tank frames and inner containers. It is mainly used to test whether there are cracks, weld defects, loose connections or seal failures in 1000L IBC tanks, so as to ensure safe use in the storage and transportation of liquid materials.
This machine adopts PLC automatic control, supports water pressure test, air pressure test and combined detection modes, and can automatically complete pressure holding, pressure maintaining, pressure relief, leakage judgment and data recording. It is an indispensable quality inspection equipment in the IBC tank production line.
Main Body Frame
Adopts heavy-duty steel structure with high rigidity, stable operation and no deformation under pressure. Equipped with safety protection devices to prevent splashing and ensure operator safety.
Pressure System
Equipped with high-pressure water pump or air compressor, which can stably output test pressure (usually 0.02–0.5MPa adjustable). The pressure output is stable and accurate, with small fluctuation.
Clamping & Sealing System
Automatically clamps the tank mouth, feed inlet, discharge valve and other parts through pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders to form a fully closed test space. The sealing head is made of wear-resistant material with good sealing effect and long service life.
PLC & HMI Control System
Full digital control, supporting setting of test pressure, pressure holding time, pressure relief time and other parameters. It can automatically judge qualified or unqualified products, with sound and light alarm for leakage products.
Data Detection & Recording System
Equipped with high-precision pressure sensor to monitor pressure changes in real time. It can record test data, support printing and storage, and realize product quality traceability.
Conveying & Positioning System
Equipped with roller conveyor and positioning mechanism to realize automatic in-position, testing and output of IBC tanks, which can be connected with the assembly line to improve detection efficiency.
Adopting advanced differential pressure testing technology, the machine achieves accurate and rapid leak detection with a detection precision of up to 0.1kPa. Equipped with a PLC + touch screen+visual detection control system, it realizes fully automatic operation—operators only need to set testing parameters (such as testing pressure, holding time and leak threshold), and the equipment will automatically complete container positioning, sealing, pressure charging, pressure maintaining and leak judgment by camera, greatly improving testing efficiency and reducing human error.
In terms of safety and reliability, the machine adopts an industrial-grade sealed structure, with key components made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials (316L stainless steel and PTFE), ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It is equipped with overpressure protection, anti-misoperation and emergency stop functions, and an optional explosion-proof configuration, fully complying with industrial safety and environmental protection standards.
With a testing efficiency of 12-35 barrels per hour, the machine is 6-10 times more efficient than manual testing. It has a built-in data recording and storage function, which can automatically save testing results (including qualified/unqualified status, testing time and parameters) for easy query and traceability.
