IBC Cage Tube Pressing And Forming Machine is a special high-efficiency metal forming equipment specially developed for producing the steel pipe frame of IBC ton barrels. The key step lies in the precision embossing dies—consisting of a raised male die and a recessed female die—that press the tube surface under stable hydraulic pressure.
During pressing, the hydraulic system provides uniform and adjustable pressure, working with the customized embossing dies to form clear, consistent patterns on the tube surface. This process not only enhances the tube’s surface texture but also improves its structural rigidity, making the final IBC cage more durable for material storage and transportation.
After embossing, the formed tubes are automatically unloaded to the holding tray, ready for the next production procedure. The entire embossing process is controlled by an advanced electrical system, ensuring high forming precision, stable operation and high production efficiency, which greatly reduces labor costs and improves product consistency.
