South Korean Client Visits HWASHI Technology for On-Site Acceptance of Automatic IBC Tank Production Line; Project Successfully Delivered and Accepted!

Recently, a client from South Korea paid a special visit to the production base of HWASHI Technology to conduct comprehensive on-site acceptance of the customized automatic IBC tank production line. Ding Xiaosheng, Chairman of HWASHI Technology, accompanied the client throughout the visit. All performance tests were completed successfully, and the production line passed customer acceptance smoothly.

At the acceptance site, the customer team toured the production workshop and observed the continuous operation of the fully automatic IBC tank production line on site. They verified core indicators item by item, including the equipment’s automated workflow, operation cycle, welding stability, finished product precision, energy consumption control and safety protection. Our team demonstrated the full-process operation of the entire line and provided detailed answers to the client’s questions concerning process optimization, after-operation maintenance and adaptation to overseas working conditions.

The delivered fully automatic IBC tank production line adopts HWASHI Technology’s self-developed patented automatic pipe arrangement technology. The pipe arrangement process takes only 45 seconds, and the cycle time of the whole line is controlled within 60 seconds. The production line can complete all procedures in one stop: automatic pipe forming, automatic pipe arrangement, multi-point automatic welding, pipe bending, lock punching, liner feeding, valve welding, air tightness leak testing, automatic framing and finished product palletizing. It realizes closed-loop automatic production of IBC tank frames from raw materials to finished products. Featuring modular design and an intelligent PLC control system, the equipment greatly reduces labor input, effectively improves the consistency and production efficiency of IBC tank frames, and meets the large-scale manufacturing demands for IBC intermediate bulk containers in the chemical, logistics and food industries.

After continuous no-load and load production tests, all parameters of the production line fully meet the requirements specified in the technical agreement of the project. The South Korean client spoke highly of the equipment manufacturing workmanship, welding quality, automation level as well as the professional and efficient technical services provided by Huashi Technology, and fully recognized the acceptance results.
