IBC Round Tube is a high-performance welded metal pipe specially designed and manufactured for constructing 1000L IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) metal cage frames. It serves as the core structural profile for vertical supports, top/bottom surrounding beams, corner connectors, and reinforcing bars of IBC frames, providing stable load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and stacking stability for the entire IBC assembly.
Main materials: hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, stainless steel (304/316L), and high-strength carbon steel
Production process: high-frequency welded, precision-sized, cut to fixed length, with surface anti-corrosion treatment
