Automatic Feeding System

Hydraulic Forming & Shaping

CNC-machined molds ensure consistent forming dimensions, with adjustable modules to accommodate different tube diameters and lengths.
Cutting & Punching Unit
Integrates a precision shearing or punching system to cut the formed bars to exact lengths and create mounting holes as required.
The punching process is controlled by PLC for accurate hole positioning and spacing.
PLC Control System
Full automation via a PLC + HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control system.
Operators can set parameters such as length, bending angle, and hole positions via the touchscreen, with one-click production startup.
Automatic Unloading
A robotic arm or conveyor system unloads finished tie bars, stacking them neatly for subsequent assembly.
